The Moe Revitalisation Project is a transformative community initiative located in the heart of the LaTrobe Valley, Victoria. Designed by TCL, and in collaboration with contractors MultiPro Civil, this dynamic youth and family precinct has quickly become a symbol of community engagement and pride.

At the heart of the new precinct is the skate park, a central feature that caters to all levels and serves as a vibrant gathering point for the community. The precinct also offers a variety of family-friendly spaces that encourage learning, play, and social interaction, from a spacious communal outdoor dining area to a new playground.

Key design elements include outdoor furniture from our Connect and Terrain collections, which enhance the functionality and aesthetics of the space:

  • Connect Circle Benches are thoughtfully integrated throughout the park, providing comfortable, durable seating that encourages use in a variety of ways. Their versatile design fosters community interaction, whether people are sitting, socialising, or simply enjoying the surroundings, making them a welcoming feature of the precinct

  • Terrain seats and tables, in Spotted Gum hardwood, complete the BBQ area by offering contemporary, durable seating solutions which are perfect for larger gatherings and enhancing the overall outdoor experience

  • Prospect Drinking Fountains continue the modern aesthetic of the space, while meeting Australian disabled access standards to ensure the precinct is accessible and user-friendly for everyone

The Moe Revitalisation Project was awarded the 2024 AILA Victoria Landscape Architecture Award for Regional Achievement, highlighting its success in combining sustainable design with community-focused spaces, transforming the area into a lively destination that brings people together in an inclusive, engaging environment.
